Zoning board appeal meeting was held Monday night December 17th

@ 7:00 and a final vote were taken on several issues.

 

Issue #1: To uphold the revocation of the zoning certificate of compliance revoked by the Building/Zoning Official~ Vote was taken 5-0 in the Citizens favor.

 

Issue #2: To uphold the denial of a zoning certificate of compliance for a wood processing facility at the same location on Martin St. in an I-1 light industrial zone.

Vote was ~ 4-1 in the Citizens favor.

 

Issue #3: To uphold the denial of a zoning certificate of compliance for a c&d processing facility under zoning code 7-0 manufacturing wood products, again in an I-1 light industrial zone. Vote was taken~ 4-1 in the Citizens favor.

 

Issue #4: Uphold the denial of a preliminary plan review for an initial design review for a c&d processing facility located at 32 Martin St. in an I-1 light industrial zone that was sent back to the zoning board from the planning dept. for further review. Vote taken~4-1 in favor of the Citizens.

 

AT THIS TIME, THE CITIZENS AND STOP TRASHING OUR PLACE HAS WON THIS ROUND OF THE BATTLE.

 

THE NEXT STEP WILL ELEVATE TO THE STATE COURT SYSTEM, SO THAT AN APPEAL OF THE ZONING BOARD DECISION CAN BE CHALLENGED BY PETER CALCAGNI AND NORTH

AMERICAN PROCESSING/ REDWOOD REALTY II / FLEET CONSTRUCTION OR ANY OF THEIR SUBSIDIES THERE OF.
